This year’s EERA General Assembly will take place on Thursday 4 May 2023 in Brussels and online.
The General Assembly will look back at a year marked by a still ongoing energy crisis and the launching of the communication on REPowerEU, to which the EERA community timely answered through the EERA REPowerEU Manifesto.
Moreover, as traditionally on this occasion, the annual activities and financial reports for 2022 will be covered, while the activity plan and budget for 2023 will be presented. Additionally, the General Assembly will count on a session to address minor updates on the Statutes and Internal Rules of Procedures.
Who is entitled to participate in the General Assembly?
All EERA aisbl member organisations are invited to participate. Only the official representatives of EERA aisbl full member organisations - 1 person per member organisation - that have paid their EERA aisbl membership fee before 21 April 2023 are allowed to vote. Otherwise, it is also possible to submit a payment commitment to regularise the fee situation during the following month.
Please note that representatives need imperatively to be named when registering for the EERA General Assembly. Associate members have no voting right but can state their views, which may be taken into account by the full members when making decisions.
Registration for the General Assembly is open. Please confirm whether you plan to attend in person in Brussels or online by 19 April 2023.
This is a meeting reserved to EERA Members only. If you are an EERA Member and you wish to register or to receive any additional information regarding the organisation of the General Assembly meeting, please do not hesitate to get in touch with Maria Luisa Fernandez (email@example.com).
