The energy sector is undergoing a profound transformation at the intersection of digitalization and decarbonisation - and Europe’s new data legislation is now taking effect.

With the EU Data Act (DA) and the Data Governance Act (DGA), the way energy data is accessed, shared, and governed is entering a new phase. These landmark regulations promise to redefine roles, open new markets, and raise critical questions for the sector.
