The Joint Programming Platform Smart Energy Systems (JPP SES) together with collaboration partners (ETIP SNET, ETIP Renewable Heating & Cooling, ERA-Net GEOTHERMICA, EERA and partners of Mission Innovation) and the European Commission gather a powerful network of national and regional funding programs, transnational RDI projects and initiatives, SET-Plan working groups, European Technology and Innovation Platforms and EERA Joint Programmes.

The conference will kick-off with a high-level Policy-Conference on integrated energy systems for the clean energy transition. It will feature various SET-Plan initiatives and funding networks. JPP SES will announce its Joint Call 2020, also known under its global name Mission Innovation Call 2020 (MICall20) on digital transformation for green energy transition. Beyond applicants from Europe, this call will involve countries cooperating in Mission Innovation. Co-creation of projects will be facilitated by a connectathon with experienced project partners, JPP SES Associated Partners, Validation Labs and Digital Platform Providers. Further, the conference will display key results from projects funded by the Joint Programming Platform Smart Energy Systems. Interactive Working Group Meetings will bring together the entire JPP SES Knowledge Community.

This event is organized back-to-back with the 100% RHC EVENT 2020, the Annual Conference of ETIP RHC featuring the latest development on heating and cooling in Europe industry and governance.
