EERA Joint Programme on Nuclear Materials (JPNM) is organising the EERA JPNM Days event, taking place on 28 and 29 May, 2024 at Politecnico di Torino in Italy. The EERA JPNM Days is set to promote collaborative discussion and interconnection not only within the JPNM community.

The first day of the event will be dedicated to presentations on the current activities and work within the EERA JP on Nuclear Materials, in which the history, functioning, projects, opportunities, and way forward will be presented.  The results of the EERA labelled Euratom projects, as well as the JPNM pilot projects, will also be presented and discussed.

The second day, Towards CONNECT-NM, will consist of a workshop introducing topics concerning the CONNECT-NM Partnership, a co-funded European partnership to promote a new nuclear materials science paradigm. This will be followed by a discussion on how it will operate, with the assistance of a panel, addressing in particular its connection with the platforms.
