NOTA BENE:

  • Timing: 10h00 – 12h30. A welcome coffee will be served from 09h00 to 10:00.
  • Are invited: All representatives of EERA AISBL member organizations.
  • Are allowed to vote: All representatives of EERA AISBL full member organizations having paid their EERA AISBL Membership fees before 12 April. Associate members have a right to state their view, which may be taken into account by the Full Members when taking decisions.
  • Members’ representatives may request additional items to the agenda until 5 April.
  • Please note that representatives need imperatively to have been named by email when registering to the EERA General Assembly. After April 5th, please inform directly secretariat@eera-set.eu for notifying a change or new nomination of Representative. Please name your e-mail: “EERA General Assembly-Representative for [USE YOUR ORGANIZATION ACRONYM] in order to facilitate and fasten the treatment of all possible requested modifications.
  • Several persons from the same organization can attend the General Assembly but only one person by organization, the official representative, is allowed to vote.
